Training That Starts With  Understanding You

Personal Muay Thai Training in Zürich —                       Built Around You

At i-Fight, personal training is exactly that: personal. Every session is one-on-one with coach Lucjano Ruci, shaped around your level, your goals and your pace. Whether you have never thrown a punch or you are preparing for your next fight, the training meets you where you are — and pushes you forward from there.

No crowded classes. No fixed program you have to keep up with. Just focused coaching, direct feedback, and steady progress.

What You Train

Muay Thai — The art of eight limbs. Learn to use fists, elbows, knees and shins with precision, balance and power.

Kickboxing / K1 — Fast, dynamic striking that builds coordination, conditioning and confidence.

Boxing — Sharpen your hands, footwork and timing with clean technique and real ring fundamentals.

Every discipline is taught with the same focus: solid technique, smart mindset, and long-term growth.

FAQ

Where does the training take place?
At i-Fight, Birmensdorferstrasse 94, 8003 Zürich, easily reachable by public transport. Get in touch if you need directions.

Do I need experience?
No. Sessions are built around your level, from complete beginner to advanced.

I'm not in good shape — can I still start?
Yes. You don't need to be fit to begin. Training is built around your current level and we progress from there. Getting in shape is part of the journey.

Do I need my own equipment?
No — just comfortable training clothes and a water bottle. Gloves can be arranged for your first session.

How long is each session?
One hour, fully focused on you and your training.

How often should I train?
It depends on your goals. Many clients start with one or two sessions per week. We'll find a rhythm that fits your schedule and progresses you steadily.

Can I train if I just want fitness, not fighting?
Absolutely. Many clients train purely for fitness, confidence and stress relief.

Can women train too?
Absolutely. Personal training is for everyone — all ages, genders and fitness levels are welcome.

Can I do Kickboxing training in Zürich at i-Fight?
Yes. Personal Kickboxing / K1 training is available one-on-one with Lucjano, for all levels — from your first class to fight preparation.

What's the difference between Kickboxing and Muay Thai?
Both are striking arts. Kickboxing / K1 uses punches and kicks, while Muay Thai also adds elbows, knees and the clinch — the "art of eight limbs." In personal training we can focus on one or combine both, based on your goals.

Do you offer personal Boxing training in Zürich?
Yes. One-on-one Boxing sessions focus on hands, footwork, head movement and timing, with clean technique and real ring fundamentals — for fitness or competition.

Which one should I choose — Muay Thai, Kickboxing or Boxing?
It depends on what you want. Boxing sharpens your hands and footwork, Kickboxing adds kicks and dynamic movement, and Muay Thai is the most complete striking art.

Is personal training better than group classes?
They serve different goals. Personal training gives you full attention, faster correction and a program built only around you. Group classes bring energy and community. Many clients combine both.
